摘 要:印度职业教育制度认同的行动逻辑以法治保障制度的合法性和权威性为根本,以资历框架制度的等值性和嵌套性为关键,以证书制度的权威性和非竞争性为核心,以技能供给、使用、合作制度为保障,构成了独具印度特色的职业教育制度认同体系,增强了印度职业教育制度的公信力、共识力、适应力以及影响力。因此,我国应借鉴印度职业教育制度建设经验,巩固职业教育制度价值理念系统,增强职业教育制度认同的合法性;牢筑职业教育制度规则表达系统,增进职业教育制度认同的灵活性;规范职业教育制度调整对象系统,促进职业教育制度认同的包容性;优化职业教育制度实施保障系统,提高职业教育制度认同的响应性。The action logic of the Indian vocational education system identification is based on the legality and authority of the legal guarantee system,the equivalence and nesting of the qualification framework system as the key,the authority and non competitiveness of the certificate system as the driving force,and the supply,use,and cooperation system of skills as the guarantee,forming a unique Indian vocational education system recognition system,enhancing the credibility,consensus,adaptability,and influence of the Indian vocational education system.Therefore,China should learn from the experience of India’s vocational education system construction,consolidate the value concept system of the vocational education system,and enhance the legitimacy of the recognition of the vocational education system;strengthen the expression system of vocational education system rules and enhance the flexibility of vocational education system recognition;standardize the adjustment object system of vocational education system and promote the inclusiveness of vocational education system recognition;optimize the implementation guarantee system of vocational education system and improve the responsiveness of vocational education system recognition.
