摘 要:针对柔性作业车间调度由于调度方法约束条件设置不合理、过早收敛,导致调度效果不佳的问题,提出基于并行遗传算法的柔性作业车间导引车智能调度方法。根据导引车的负载、空载状态与任务优先等级,制定目标导引车的任务分配依据,结合有向图与带时间窗模型,描述、界定导引车智能调度问题,引入并行遗传算法,利用染色体表示路径,设计调度方法,实现智能调度。实验结果表明,该方法可以根据实际情况调整引导车路径,调度时长为71 s,并且在相同时间内调度引导车数量达到了47辆,完成1 475个任务,其具有优越的调度能力,适应性优势显著。Aiming at the problem that the scheduling effect of flexible job shop scheduling is not good due to the unreasonable setting of scheduling constraints and premature convergence.An intelligent scheduling method for guided vehicles in flexible job shops is proposed based on parallel genetic algorithm.According to the load,no-load state and task priority of the guided vehicle,the task allocation basis of the target guided vehicle is formulated,and combined with directed graph and time window model,this paper describes and defines the intelligent scheduling problem of guided vehicles,introduces parallel genetic algorithm,uses chromo-somes to represent the path,designs scheduling methods,and realizes intelligent scheduling.The experimental results show that the method can adjust the path of guidance vehicles according to the actual situation,and the scheduling time is 71s.In the same time,the number of guidance vehicles is up to 47,and 1475 tasks are completed.It has superior scheduling ability and significant adaptability advantage.
