摘　　要：高校毕业生就业与产业需求的对接一直是教育界和社会关注的焦点之一。这个问题涉及区域经济发展、高校教育质量、就业市场需求、毕业生个人前途等多个方面。文章通过查阅文献、统计分析等方法,阐述了福建省高校人才培养及毕业生就业概况、福建省主导产业、战略新兴产业需求概况,探讨了福建省高校毕业生就业与产业需求对接之间存在的问题,并提出包括产业规划与专业规划同步开展在内的4条解决办法。The docking of employment of college graduates with industrial demand has always been one of the focuses of education and society.This question involves regional economic development,the quality of university education,the demand of the job market,and the personal prospects of graduates.Fujian Province is located on the southeast coast,with a developed regional economy and rapid development of traditional and new industries.There are 89 colleges and universities in Fujian Province and the number of graduates in each batch has reached more than 300,000 in recent years.This paper expounds the situation of talent training and graduate employment in colleges and universities in Fujian Province,the industrial demand of Fujian Province,analyzes the problems existing between the employment of college graduates and the docking of industrial demand,and explores solutions.
