摘  要:为掌握高速行车条件下钢弹簧浮置板轨道在曲线段的减振效果,开展时速120km地铁曲线段轨道振动现场测试,研究在不同曲线半径条件下普通轨道与钢弹簧浮置板轨道的振动特性,分析钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振效果变化规律。结果表明:与2000m大曲线半径线路相比,地铁列车通过750m小曲线半径线路时,普通轨道的隧道壁垂向振动最大Z振级平均值增大9.1dB,钢弹簧浮置板轨道的隧道壁垂向振动最大Z振级平均值增大11.71dB;在750m小曲线半径线路条件下,钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振效果为5.69dB;在2000m大曲线半径线路条件下,钢弹簧浮置板轨道减振效果为8.30dB;钢弹簧浮置板轨道在大曲线半径线路条件下减振频率范围更宽、减振效果更好。In order to master the vibration reduction effect of steel-spring floating slab track on curved sections under high-speed driving conditions,on-site vibration testing was carried out on curved sections of the 120km/h metro.The vibration characteristics of ordinary track and steel-spring floating slab track were studied under different curve radius conditions,and the variation law of vibration reduction effect of steel-spring floating slab track was analyzed.The results show that compared with the 2000m large curve radius line,when metro trains pass through the 750m small curve radius line,the average maximum Z vibration level of the tunnel wall vertical vibration of the ordinary track increases by 9.1dB,and the average maximum Z vibration level of the tunnel wall vertical vibration of the steel-spring floating slab track increases by 11.71dB.Under the condition of a 750m small curve radius line,the vibration reduction effect of the steel-spring floating slab track is 5.69dB.Under the condition of a 2000m large curve radius line,the vibration reduction effect of the steel-spring floating slab track is 8.30dB.The steel-spring floating slab track has a wider vibration reduction frequency range and better vibration reduction effect under the condition of large curve radius lines.
