摘　　要：高等院校在教学和科研实验室的使用中,对危险化学品的安全管理及规范化使用均有严格的要求。然而,现实中仍存在管理队伍重视不足、操作人员培训欠缺、实验室建设投资短缺以及制度监管体系不健全等问题,这些问题多次导致重特大校园安全事件的发生,对实验人员的生命健康以及社会经济造成了巨大损失。文章基于过往的实验室管理经验提出了有效的应对措施,旨在通过提升人员专业素养、强化准入门槛、改善实验环境、完善管理制度、建立健全分级管理体系,并严格履行安全责任,以全面加强实验室危险化学品的安全管理与使用。In the utilization of teaching and research laboratories in institutions of higher learning,there are stringent requirements for the safe management and standardized use of hazardous chemicals.Nevertheless,in reality,issues persist,including inadequate attention from management teams,insuff icient training for operators,shortages in laboratory construction investments,and incomplete regulatory systems.These problems have repeatedly led to serious and major campus safety incidents,inf licting signif icant damage on the lives and health of laboratory personnel,as well as the socio-economic landscape.Drawing upon past laboratory management experiences,this paper proposes effective countermeasures aimed at comprehensively strengthening the safe management and use of hazardous chemicals in laboratories by enhancing the professionalism of personnel,strengthening access thresholds,improving laboratory environments,ref ining management systems,establishing a robust hierarchical management system,and strictly fulf illing safety responsibilities.
