摘  要:大连小学德育特色创建路径有三:一是凝练简明系统的育人理念和方略来统领特色;二是打磨“重体验、融合性”的品牌活动来凸显特色;三是挖掘“适切性、关怀性”的乡土资源来润养特色。而树立正确的学校特色观和科学的育人质量观;提升德育特色创建方案的逻辑性和实操性;构建德育特色创建的全域保障体系是学校管理者优化德育特色创建工作的主要策略。There are three construction paths for moral education characteristics in Dalian primary schools.First,characteristics are formed with the concise and systematic education concepts.Second,characteristics are highlighted by activities which lay emphasis on experience and integration.Third,characteristics are nourished by digging relevant and caring local resources.The main strategies for school managers to optimize the construc-tion of moral education characteristics are as follows:establish a correct view of school characteristics and a scientific view of education quality,improve the logic and practicability of the construction of moral education characteristics and build an overall guarantee system for the construction of moral education characteristics.
