摘　　要：研究左旋肉碱绿原酸片对肥胖大鼠的减肥作用。选用50只雄性SD大鼠,将其分为空白对照组、模型对照组,以及0.17, 0.33和1.00 g/(kg·BW) 3个剂量组,空白组给予维持饲料,模型组给予高热量饲料,各剂量组同时给予高热量饲料和受试物,观察受试物对大鼠体重增重、摄食量、摄入总热量、食物利用率、体内脂肪质量和脂/体比的影响。结果表明,在建立动物预肥胖模型基础上,高剂量组的体重增重191.4±28.3 g,总食物利用率17.4%±1.8%,体脂质量22.69±6.93 g,脂/体比4.27%±1.06%,与模型组(228.7±19.1 g, 19.6%±1.6%, 31.94±4.73 g和5.68%±0.81%)相比,降低均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。与模型组相比,各剂量组总摄食量、摄入总热量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在该试验条件下,左旋肉碱绿原酸片对动物具有减肥作用。Study the effect of tablets(L-carnitine chlorogenic acid tablets)on anti-obesity of high-fat diet-induced-obese rats.Five groups were established.They were blank control group,obesity model group,low-dose group 0.17 g/kg BW,middle-dose group 0.33 g/kg BW and high-dose group 1.00 g/kg BW,respectively.Each group had ten male SD rats.The blank controlgroup was treated with basal fed by gavage;The model group was fed with high-fat diet;Three tablet treated groups were fed with high-fat diet and administered with corresponding the dosage of tabletsby gavage;All treatment were lasted for consecutive 42 d.Several indexes were detected in respect of body weight,body weight gained,food intake,total calorie intake,food utilization rate,body fat weight,and the ratio of fat weight to body weight to evaluate its effect on anti-obesity.The results showed that high-fat diet-obese models were induced successfully.Compared with the model group,final body weight gained 228.7±19.1 g,total food utilization rate was 19.6%±1.6%,body fat weight was 31.94±4.73 g,the ratio of fat weight to body weight was 5.68%±0.81%,the final body weight gained 191.4±28.3 g,total food utilization rate was 17.4%±1.8%,body fat weight was 22.69±6.93 g,and the ratio of fat weight to body weight(4.27%±1.06%)of high-dose group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with model group,there were no significant difference in total food intake and total calorie intake among the rats in each dose group(P>0.05).Based on the experimental condition,L-carnitine chlorogenic acid tablets have anti-obese effect on diet-induced obese rats.
