摘 要:教师集体备课是基于研究又融于实践,超越教师个体备课的高端备课。旨在改造乡村教学生态的乡村集体备课蕴含生态系统理念、思维、规范的“恰适性”共生逻辑。乡村学校的集体备课涌现出备课理念的生命性缺失、备课过程的线性化思维和备课环境的机械性割裂等“独生性”忧患。破解集体备课生态忧患,亟需培塑“生命在场”的备课理念,拓新集体备课的增能渠道;筑牢“柔性协同”的备课过程,改造集体备课的系统结构;营构“共栖互嵌”的备课环境,创设集体备课的诗性空间,以此助推乡村教师集体备课从“机械结合”迈向“有机团结”。Teachers'collective lesson preparation is based on research and practice,which surpasses the high-end lesson preparation of teachers'individual lesson preparation.The rural collective lesson preparation aimed at transforming the rural teaching ecology contains the symbiotic logic of“appropriateness”of ecosystem concept,thinking and standardization.At present,the collective lesson preparation of rural schools in the basic education stage has emerged such“unique”worries as the lack of vitality of the concept of lesson preparation,the linear thinking of the lesson preparation process,and the mechanical fragmentation of the lesson preparation environment.To solve the ecological problems of collective lesson preparation,it is urgent to cultivate the concept of“life pres-ence”and expand new channels for collective lesson preparation;build a“flexible and collaborative”lesson prepa-ration process,and transform the system structure of collective lesson preparation;construct a“symbiotic and em-bedded”lesson preparation environment and create a poetic space for collective lesson preparation,so as to promote the collective lesson preparation of rural teachers from“mechanical combination”to“organic unity”,and improve the effectiveness of rural teachers'professional action in China.
