基于专利数据的二氢槲皮素技术发展态势研究

摘　　要：目的以专利数据为对象,分析二氢槲皮素的专利申请态势、我国主要申请人、技术分布、重点专利申请等,对二氢槲皮素的相关研究提供参考和建议。方法利用黑马数据库和中国专利数据库对二氢槲皮素相关的专利数据进行检索筛查,并进行数据加工处理。结果二氢槲皮素作为近年获批的新食品原料,专利申请量稳步增加,应用于食品领域的专利申请增长较快,其作为药物制剂是近年来主要的研究方向。结论合成生物技术制备二氢槲皮素逐渐成为研发的热点,可进一步加强二氢槲皮素结构功能、合成路径等核心机制的研究,构建科学合理的专利布局。Objective To analyze the patent application trends,main applicants,technology distribution and important patent applications of dihydroquercetin based on the patent data,and provide some advice for the research on dihydroquercetin.Methods By means of Himmpat and China Patent Database,the patent data related to dihydroquercetin were retrieved and screened,and were processed.Results Dihydroquercetin was approved as a new food material in recent years,so the number of patent applications of dihydroquercetin had steadily increased.The application of dihydroquercetin in food industry had grown rapidly,and the development of dihydroquercetin as a pharmaceutical formulation was the main research direction.Conclusion The preparation of dihydroquercetin by synthetic biotechnology has gradually become a hot topic of research.It is important to construct a scientific patent layout by further strengthening the research on the core mechanisms of dihydroquercetin,such as structure and function and synthetic pathways,etc.
