大学学术评价制度的现实关照、内在逻辑及优化路径

摘  要:大学学术评价制度对于促进高等教育质量具有重要的意义。自2015年以来,习近平总书记曾多次提到学术评价,形成了习近平总书记关于学术评价的重要论述。这一重要论述作为指引当代中国学术活动的重要依据,理应作为一种特定的视角用来审视各个研究领域的学术活动。在教育研究领域中,大学学术评价制度尤其值得关注,其在实施的过程中不仅具有二重性的基本特征,还出现了种种怪象。这固然有着一定的内在逻辑性,如不受掌控的加速逻辑、唯数主义的量化逻辑、符号生产的物化逻辑。这些逻辑虽然有着一定的现实合理性,但若是以习近平总书记关于学术评价的重要论述为视角来看,则需要对现有的大学学术评价制度进行调整与优化,以保障学术活动的高质量发展,进而构建具有中国特色的哲学社会科学学科体系。这主要可从重视学术活动的节奏差异、呼吁学术活动的产出质量、激发学术活力的持续迸发三方面来进行。The academic evaluation system in universities plays an important role in promoting the quality of higher education.Since 2015,President Xi Jinping has presented his opinion on academic evaluation several times,which has formed an important statement on academic evaluation.As an important basis for guiding contemporary Chinese academic activities,this important statement should be used as a specific perspective to examine academic activities in various research fields.In the field of education research,the university academic evaluation system is particularly noteworthy,because it not only has the basic characteristics of duality,but also has witnessed various strange phenomena in the course of its implementation.Of course,this has certain internal logic,such as the logic of uncontrolled acceleration,the logic of the governance of quantity,and materialization logic of symbolic production,which have realistic rationality.But from the perspective of President Xi Jinping’s important statement on academic evaluation,it is necessary to adjust and optimize the existing university academic evaluation system to ensure the high-quality development of academic activities,and then build a discipline system of philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics.This can be carried out from three aspects:emphasizing the rhythm difference of academic activities,calling for the output quality of academic activities,and stimulating the continuous burst of academic vitality.
