摘 要:在四川三河职业学院采取随机抽样的方式对家庭境况一般的三级学生就业心态展开调查,回收有效问卷585份。从调查结果看,高职学生就业心态总体积极,但也存在消极、迷茫的情况。影响因素有:经济下行,用人岗位减少,学生被迫选择慢就业;受网络亚文化等影响,学生容易出现摆烂、躺平等状态;部分学生职业规划模糊,亦很少向学校和老师求助。积极社会心态视角下学生就业心态引导策略:(一)坚持系统规划,做好职业规划指导,促进学生全面发展;(二)坚持导向思维,将就业心态教育融入思想政治理论课教学;(三)坚持精准施策,提升职业素养,找准发展方向和定位;(四)坚持形成合力,构建“三全育人”体系和良好的成长环境。By random sampling,a survey is conducted at Sichuan Sanhe College of Professionals to investigate the employment psychology of third level students with average family backgrounds,and 585 valid questionnaires were collected.According to the survey results,vocational college students generally have a positive attitude towards employment,but there are also negative and confused situations.The influencing factors include:economic downturn that leads to reduction of employment opportunities and students’being forced to choose slow employment;online subcultures and other factors that make students prone to being in a state of slacking off and lying down on equal footing;vague career plans of some students who rarely seek help from schools and teachers.From the perspective of positive social mentality,guiding strategies for students’employment mentality are put forward:(1)adhering to systematic planning by providing guidance on carer planning to promote students’comprehensive development;(2)sticking to oriented thinking by integrating employment mentality into the teaching of ideological and political theory courses;(3)holding on precise policy implementation by enhancing professional capacities to find the right direction and position for development;(4)persisting in forming a joint force to building a“three-wide education”system and a good growth environment.
