摘　　要：科技是国家强盛之基,创新是民族进步之魂。目前,科教协同育人已成为提升人才培养质量的重要战略。高职院校应坚持科研与教学并重的理念,将科研成果转化为教学资源,实现科研与教学的良性互动。文章结合常州信息职业技术学院软件技术专业群的建设和发展,分析了高职院校科教协同育人的意义和具体工作中的问题,重点围绕如何加强科研与教学的融合,为学生提供更加优质的教育资源和学术环境,培养更多具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质人才等提出了优化路径选择。Science and technology is the foundation of national strength,and innovation is the soul of national progress.At present,the collaborative education mode has become a key strategy to boost the quality of talent cultivation.In this context,vocational colleges should adhere to the concept of equal emphasis on scientific research and teaching,transform research achievements into teaching resources,thereby achieving a benign interaction between scientific research and teaching.Taking software technology major at Changzhou College of Information Technology as an example,the thesis sets out to analyze the significance of collaborative education mode and the specific issues encountered.The focus is on how to strengthen the integration of scientific research and teaching,thereby providing students with better educational resources and academic environment,and cultivating more high-quality talents with innovation awareness and hands-on ability.
