摘 要:试讲作为快速测试教师授课能力、发现教师讲课优缺点的教学手段,被频繁地使用于职前教师的培养中。本研究基于扎根理论的研究方法对24位汉语国际教育专业在校硕士生进行课堂观察及半结构化访谈,通过对观察和访谈数据的三级编码,构建由前置因素、情感因素、媒介因素与情境因素构成的汉语国际教育专业研究生试讲影响因素理论模型。针对前置因素中对专业知识理解不够、情感因素中情绪紧张、媒介因素中教具和多媒体设备使用不充分、情境因素中环境对试讲改进效果薄弱等问题,应从夯实专业知识基础、丰富课堂教学实践、提高多媒体运用能力、加强教师心理建设等方面,提升试讲者的教学素质和能力。Trial lecture,a method to quickly test a teacher's teaching ability and identify his strengths and weaknesses,is frequently used in the pre-service training.This study is based on the grounded theory research method and conducted classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with 24 master's students majoring in international Chinese education.By encoding observation and interview data into three levels,a theoretical model of the influencing factors of lectures is constructed,which consists of initial factors,emotional factors,media factors,and situational factors.In response to an initial factor of the insufficient understanding of professional knowledge,an emotional factor of emotional tension,a media factor of insufficient use of teaching aids and multimedia devices,and a situational factor of weak improvement effect on trial lecture,the teaching ability of trial speakers should be improved from the aspects of consolidating professional knowledge,enriching classroom teaching practice,improving multimedia application ability,and strengthening teachers'psychological quality.
