摘  要:Spinal cord injury(SCI)can cause motor and sensory paralysis,and autonomic nervous system disorders including malfunction of urination and defecation,thereby significantly impairing the quality of life.Researchers continue to explo re new stem cell strategies for the treatment of paralysis by transpla nting human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural ste m/progenitor cells(hiPSCNS/PCs)into spinal cord injured tissues.
