加强企业高级政工师队伍建设研究——以上海市为例

摘　　要：高级政工师是高素质专业化政工人才,是企业思想政治工作骨干。文章基于对上海高级政工师队伍建设的调研,从培养、管理、使用三个方面探索了提升高级政工师能力的路径。统计分析结果显示:破除评价、服务、激励等体制机制障碍,运用多种工作方式,能够显著提升高级政工师的创新工作方法能力和综合效能。建议通过提高高级政工师的行业引领力,增强人才队伍效能,赋能企业高质量发展,并在上海市建设“五个中心”和具有世界影响力的社会主义现代化国际大都市的伟大进程中发挥积极作用。Senior political engineers are high-quality specialized political workers and the backbone of ideological and political work in enterprises.Based on a survey on the construction of a senior political engineer team in Shanghai,this paper explores the path to enhance the abilities of senior political engineers from three aspects,including training,management and utilization.As shown by statistical analysis results,breaking down institutional barriers such as in evaluation,service and incentives,and using multiple work methods,can significantly enhance the work method innovation abilities and comprehensive efficiency of senior political engineers.It is suggested to enhance the industry leadership of senior political engineers,strengthen the efficiency of the talent team,empower enterprises to develop with high quality,and play an active role in the great process of building the“Five Centers”and a socialist modern international metropolis with global influence in Shanghai.
