基于“四位一体”的高师院校实习支教工作创新路径——以忻州师范学院为例

摘　　要：高师院校是广大教师队伍的培养基地,建立和完善科学合理的教师教育培养机制至关重要。实习支教是高师院校构建协同育人机制的重要一环,对于促进以实践为中心的整体教学改革,培养符合新时代要求的卓越教师,有十分重要的意义。首先简述了新时代高师院校进行实习支教工作的必要性,从高师院校、指导教师、支教大学生、实习单位等方面,论述了实习支教工作的实践过程与现实意义,它们相互促进、有机结合,形成“四位一体”的实践机制;深入探讨了卓越教师培养下的实习支教工作创新路径,指出了目前工作中亟待解决的问题。对于高师院校开展实习支教工作具有一定的指导意义与参考价值。Normal universities are the bases of teacher training,so it is very important to establish and perfect scientific,reasonable teacher education mechanism.Practice teaching is a link in the construction of the cooperative education mechanism in normal universities.It is of great significance to promote the practice-centered teaching reform and cultivate excellent teachers in line with the requirements of the new era.In this paper,first of all,necessity of practice teaching course is briefly reviewed.Then,the practical process and practical significance of the practice teaching are expounded from the aspects of normal colleges,instructors,students and practice units to form the“Four-in-one”practice mechanism.They promote each other and are organically integrated.Secondly,the innovative path of practice teaching is deeply explored under the training of excellent teachers,and then the deficiencies and problems to be solved urgently in the current work are pointed out.It is of guiding significance and reference value for the practice teaching in normal universities.
