摘 要:《2022中国餐饮业年度报告》显示,全国餐饮收入增长18.6%,但同质化的现象也日益凸显,餐饮行业必须经历一段充满挑战的竞争期。在此期间,许多餐饮企业采取若干营销手段来获取市场竞争地位,海底捞也不例外。面对市场竞争,企业面临的最大挑战之一就是如何有效地管理员工,特别是心理健康方面的问题。员工心理健康问题是企业高层管理者必须要关注的,它关乎到企业能否提供优质服务来增强市场竞争力。海底捞在这方面既有亮点也有不足之处,而如何从心理学的角度来对企业员工进行管理是值得深思的。基于此,以海底捞为案例,深入探究其当前的管理状况和发展战略,并运用管理心理学理论,对其员工管理进行深入分析,从而揭示其管理模式的优势,并给出有效的对策建议。“The 2022 Annual Report on China’s Catering Industry”shows that the national catering revenue has increased by 18.6%,but the phenomenon of homogenization is becoming increasingly prominent,and the catering industry must go through a challenging competitive period.During this period,many catering companies adopted various marketing strategies to gain a competitive position in the market,and Haidilao was no exception.One of the biggest challenges faced by enterprises in the face of market competition is how to effectively manage employees,especially in terms of mental health issues.The issue of employee mental health is a concern that senior managers of enterprises must pay attention to,as it relates to whether the enterprise can provide high-quality services to enhance market competitiveness.Haidilao has both strengths and weaknesses in this regard,and it is worth pondering how to manage enterprise employees from a psychological perspective.Based on this,taking Haidilao as a case study,this paper explores its current management situation and development strategy in depth,and applies management psychology theory to analyze its employee management in depth,revealing the advantages of its management model and providing effective countermeasures and suggestions.
