摘  要:目的分析微课结合翻转课堂教学方法在牙周病学实践教学中的效果。方法将2018级口腔医学专业的42名本科生分为对照组和试验组,各21名。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用微课结合翻转课堂教学方法。研究时间为2021年9月—2022年8月。教学结束后比较2组学生实践理论知识考试和实践技能考核成绩,并评估2组学生的教学满意度情况。结果试验组和对照组的理论考试成绩分别为(43.62±2.48)分和(41.05±2.36)分,实践技能考核成绩分别为(41.05±3.11)分和(38.90±2.74)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的总体教学满意度情况(2.62±0.59)分高于对照组(2.24±0.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合翻转课堂的教学方法能够有效提高牙周病学实践教学的教学质量。Objective To analyze the effect of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching method in the practical teaching of periodontology.Methods A total of 42 undergraduates of grade 2018 majoring in stomatology were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,21 undergraduates in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching methods,and the experimental group was given micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching method.The study was started from September 2021 to August 2022.After the teaching,the theoretical test and practical skills test were compared,and evaluate the teaching satisfaction.Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental and control groups were(43.62±2.48)points and(41.05±2.36)points respectively,and the practical skills scores were(41.05±3.11)points and(38.90±2.74)points respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was(2.62±0.59)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(2.24±0.62)points],and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-lecture combined with the flipped classroom teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality of the the practical teaching of Periodontology.
