产业发展视角下高职学校专业群建设的问题表征与发展路向

摘　　要：高职教育的职业属性决定了其专业建设要与区域产业紧密对接,也决定了专业群建设服务产业发展的根本逻辑。高职学校专业群与区域产业协同发展能使其集聚效应得到充分发挥。然而,在高职学校专业群建设中,存在着专业设置与产业发展需求对接不够、培养过程与产业主体缺乏深度融合、建设思路与管理存在路径依赖等现象,这导致组群逻辑定位不准确、专业群整体发展水平不突出、集群效应表现不明显等问题。要促进高职学校的高质量发展,专业群建设需适应区域产业布局,随产业发展灵活调整;整合资源共建共享,培育产教协同育人机制;对接产业“以群建院”,优化内部治理结构。The vocational attribute of higher vocational education determines that its professional construction should be closely connected with regional industries,and also determines the fundamen-tal logic of professional group construction serving industrial development.The collaborative develop-ment of higher vocational specialty group and regional industry can give full play to its agglomeration effect.However,in the process of specialty group construction in higher vocational schools,there are some problems,such as the lack of docking between specialty setting and industrial development needs,the lack of deep integration between the training process and industrial subjects,and the path dependence of construction ideas and management,which lead to inaccurate logical positioning of the group,the low overall low development level of the specialty group,and the inconspicuous cluster effect.To promote the high-quality development of higher vocational schools,the construction of spe-cialty groups should adapt to the regional industrial layout and be flexibly adjusted with the industri-al development,integrate,build and share resources,and cultivate the mechanism of industry educa-tion collaborative education,connect with the industry to"build a hospital with a group"and opti-mize the internal governance structure.
