摘 要:为制备一种基于酪蛋白的可降解吸收纤维,解决现有以酪蛋白为主体的纤维力学强度低、易溶胀、降解速度过快的问题。采用多醛基化海藻酸钠和聚乙二醇二缩水甘油醚为交联剂,对复合酪蛋白纤维进行改良,通过湿法纺丝的工艺制备基于酪蛋白为主要材料的可降解生物纤维。结果表明,醛基化海藻酸钠添加量4 g,酪蛋白添加量20 g,氯化钠添加量2.0 g时,纤维具有最大的拉伸强度1.68 cN/dtex,降解时间7 d。该可降解吸收纤维具有良好的生物相容性和可降解性,无细胞毒性,能够满足可降解纤维实际应用的需求,拓宽酪蛋白的实际应用场景,为可吸收纤维领域提供新的制备思路。In order to prepare a degradable absorbing fiber based on casein,the problems of low mechanical strength,easy swelling and fast degradation of the existing casein-based fiber are solved.Using polyaldehyde sodium alginate and polyethylene glycol diglycidyl ether as crosslinking agents,improvement of composite casein fibers,preparation of degradable bio fibers is based on casein as the main material through wet spinning process.The results indicate when the addition amount of sodium alginate aldehyde is 4 g,the addition amount of casein is 20 g,and the addition amount of sodium chloride is 2.0 g,the fiber has the maximum tensile strength of 1.68 cN/dtex,and degradation time is 7 d.The degradable absorption fiber has good biocompatibility and degradability,and has no cytotoxicity.It can meet the needs of practical applications of degradable fibers,broaden the practical application scenarios of casein,and provide new preparation ideas for the field of absorbable fibers.
