摘  要:“课程思政”是新时期我国高等教育发展的新要求,要求思政教育与教学有机融合,全过程、全员、全方位育人。以白酒品评与酒体设计课程为例,分析“课程思政”实施难点,结合课程特色,从课程目标、课程模式改革、内容重构、平台建设、考核评价等5个方面阐述白酒品评与酒体设计课程思政建设的机制路径探索及实施情况,通过线上线下混合、赛课结合、产教融合的方式,增强学生体验感自然融入思政内容,为专业课课程思政的教学改革提供一定参考。Curriculum ideological and political education is a new requirement for the development of higher education in China in the new era,which requires the organic integration of ideological and political education and professional education,and the full process,full staff,and all-round education.Taking the course of Baijiu tasting and liquor body design as an example,the difficulties in the implementation of“curriculum ideological and political”were analyzed in this article.And combining the characteristics of the course,the mechanism path exploration and implementation of Baijiu Tasting and Liquor body Design course ideological and political construction were expounded,from five aspects of curriculum objectives,such as curriculum model reform,content reconstruction,platform construction,assessment and evaluation.By online and offline mixed teaching mode,course with competition combination mode,and Integration of Industry and Education,the student experience has been enhanced and naturally integrated into ideological and political content,which proves a certain reference for the teaching reform of the course.
