摘 要:近年来,外包食堂已成为国内大部分企业管理的一大趋势,在食品安全较为复杂的大环境下,对承包人员的食品安全专业知识和管理手段进行有效的管理评估极为重要。在此背景下,食品安全监管第三方服务机构应运而生,可为客户量身定制专业的食品安全技术支持、风险评估、方案咨询、管理体系建设等以应对不断迭更的食品安全形势。本文就食品安全监管流程、食品安全监管存在问题及应对策略进行分析,以期更好助力监管部门和企业破解重点、痛点问题,从源头防范化解风险隐患,提升食品安全监管能力,助力行业高质量发展,守护舌尖安全,共享美好生活。In recent years,outsourcing canteens has become a major trend in the management of most domestic enterprises.In the complex food safety environment,it is extremely important to effectively evaluate the food safety professional knowledge and management methods of contracting personnel.In this context,third-party service organizations for food safety supervision have emerged,which can tailor professional food safety technical support,risk assessment,solution consulting,and management system construction to meet the constantly declining food safety situation for customers.This article analyzes the food safety supervision process,existing problems in food safety supervision,and response strategies,in order to better assist regulatory departments and enterprises in solving key and pain points,preventing and resolving risks and hidden dangers from the source,enhancing food safety supervision capabilities,promoting high-quality development of the industry,safeguarding tongue safety,and sharing a better life.
