活动义齿种植术和固定义齿种植术在口腔修复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究活动义齿种植术和固定义齿种植术在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2023年1月于宜兴市人民医院进行口腔修复的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组采用固定义齿种植术进行修复,研究组采用活动义齿种植术进行修复。对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总治疗时间、口腔功能恢复时间短于对照组,基牙出血指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,术后3d、术后7d,两组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3 d、7 d,两组IL-6水平均高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活动义齿种植术在口腔修复中的应用效果优于固定义齿种植术,可以优化口腔功能,缩短治疗、康复时间。Objective:To explore the application effect of removable denture implantation and fixed denture implantation in oral cavity repair.Methods:A total of 30 patients who underwent oral cavity repair in Yixing People's Hospital from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was repaired with fixed denture implantation,while the study group was repaired with removable denture implantation.The clinical treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment time and oral function recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the bleeding index of abutment teeth in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups before surgery and on 3 d and 7 d after surgery(P>0.05).On 3 d and 7 d after surgery,the levels of IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of removable denture implantation is better than that of fixed denture implantation in oral cavity repair,and can optimize the oral cavity function,shorten the treatment and rehabilitation time.
