养德、冶性、陶情:《乐记》之“致乐以治心”

摘　　要：《乐记》总结并诠释了先秦时期儒家音乐美学思想,其“致乐以治心”这一重要观点,强调音乐是人所创作的一种声音艺术,并从多方面深刻影响人的身心塑造。其认为,“致乐”可使伦理得以彰明,使人气性平和;更重要的是,“致乐”可以陶冶人的情感,最终助推人从自然人向社会人转变,从粗野之人向文明文雅之人转变。Yue Ji summarizes and interprets the music aesthetics of pre-Qin Confucian,and its important point of view of“tuning one’s heart by deeply experiencing music”emphasizes that music is a kind of sound art created by people,and profoundly affects people’s physical and mental shaping from many aspects.It is believed that music can make ethics clear and make people peaceful;More importantly,music can edify people’s sentiment,and ultimately help people change from natural people to social people,from boorish people to civilized people.
