摘　　要：自朱熹开始,“义利双行,王霸并用”成为后世对陈亮思想之总结与概括。而从具体文本看,陈亮并不认可朱熹对其思想的界定,他更为认同“道在事中”的观点。在“道事关系”上,区别于朱熹以“理”释“道”的解释路径,陈亮对“道”之理解,呈现出融“道”于“事”的特征。在陈亮看来,“事”主要包括具有主观目的与意愿的“德事”和“政事”,且二者具有统一性,尤其在涉及君主之事时,“德事”即为“政事”之前提;在“因事作则”中,“道事合一”就是“公”与“正”,“正”主要与“中”“义”相关,“公”主要与“平分”“背私”相关。对于个体而言,确证性情之正,主要与“操心”工夫相关;对于国家而言,建立“公政”,需要落实在“公心”与“公制”中。Since Zhu Xi,the phrase“pursuing both justice and self-interest,using both etiquette and law”(“义利双行,王霸并用”)has been used to summarize and characterize Chen Liang’s thought.From the specific text,it can be seen that Chen Liang himself does not agree with Zhu Xi’s definition of his thought,and he embraces the view of“Dao(道)in Shi(事)”.In the relation between Dao and Shi,different from Zhu Xi’s interpretation of“Dao”with“Li”(理),Chen Liang’s understanding of“Dao”shows the characteristic of blending“Dao”with“Shi”.In Chen Liang’s view,“Shi”mainly includes“virtuous affairs”(德事)and“political affairs”(政事)with subjective purpose and will,both of which have a unified nature,especially when involving the monarch.“Virtuous affairs”are the premise of“political affairs”.In“the laws arising from Shi”(因事作则),“the unity of Dao and Shi”(道事合一)is represented through“fairness”(公)and“justice”(义).“Justice”is mainly related to the“golden mean”and“righteousness”,and“fairness”is mainly related to“equality”and“eliminating selfishness”.For individuals,it is mainly through self-cultivation that one can adjust one’s temperament.For the nation,the establishment of a just government requires the leaders to improve their spiritual cultivation and establish a fair system.
