摘 要:身体运动是培育体育与健康学科核心素养的主要抓手。在以核心素养为纲的背景下,本研究尝试阐释通过身体运动生成运动能力、健康行为和体育品德素养的路径。研究认为,“怎样动”是生成运动能力素养的关键,习惯和能力是健康行为素养的核心内涵,建立与要求相符的价值等级秩序是生成体育品德素养的基础。三维度的核心素养均是学生以身体运动为手段参与体育活动时,通过应对活动中的不同刺激,产生并累积效应而生成。为达到生成核心素养的目的,体育教学应秉承预成和生成相结合的思维,重视设计核心素养生成的必要条件、教学过程中的效应累积和从生成过程中获取全方位的反馈。Physical exercises are the main way to cultivate the key competencies of physical education and health discipline.Under the background of key competencies as guideline,this paper tries to explain the generating paths of athletic abilities,health behaviors and sports morality through physical exercises.It holds that how to exercise is the key of generating athletic competencies;habits and abilities are the core connotations of generating healthy behavior competencies;and the establishment of value hierarchy order conforming to requirements is the basis of generating sports morality competencies.Key competencies in three dimensions are accumulated and generated when students participate in sports activities by means of physical exercises and respond to different stimuli in exercises.In order to achieve the purpose of generating key competencies,physical education teaching should adhere to the thinking of the combination of pre-formation and generation,and should focus on designing the requirements of key competencies generation,the accumulation effects in teaching process and the acquisition of all-round feedback from the generation process.
