摘　　要：药物制剂设备实验作为药学相关专业的一门重要专业拓展课程,在药学应用型创新人才的培养中发挥着重要的作用。本文以《药物制剂设备实验》教学改革为例,着重分析产教融合背景下药学应用型创新人才培养价值与现状,并对实验教学改革助力创新人才培养模式与机制进行了探索与实践,包括完善实验课程教学方案以对接产业人才需求、依托“互联网+”技术以创新实验教学方法、健全考核评价机制以持续改进实验教学、探寻校企协同育人着力点以增强学生创新能力、深化校企合作以拓展育人广度和深度。通过这些改革措施,以期更好把握校企协同育人内涵,切实提高实验课程教学质量,探索构建出具有药学特点、城市大学特色的“产教融合”育人新机制,培养更多符合区域高质量发展要求的药学应用型创新人才。Pharmaceutical apparatus experiment,as an important professional expansion course for pharmacy-related majors,plays an important role in the cultivation of applied innovative talents in pharmacy.This article takes the teaching reform of Pharmaceutical Apparatus Experiment as an example,focuses on analyzing the value and current situation of cultivating applied innovative talents in pharmacy under the background of industry-education integration,and explores and practices the teaching reform of experimental courses to assist in the cultivation of innovative talents.This includes improving the experimental curriculum teaching program to meet the needs of industry talents,relying on"Internet plus"technology to innovate experimental teaching methods,improving the assessment and evaluation mechanism to continuously improve experimental teaching,exploring the focus of school-enterprise collaborative education to enhance students'innovation ability,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation to expand the breadth and depth of education.Through these reform measures,it is expected to better grasp the connotation of school-enterprise collaborative education,effectively improve the quality of experimental courses,explore and construct a new mechanism of"industry-education integration"education with characteristics of pharmacy and urban universities,and cultivate more applied innovative talents in pharmacy that meet the requirements of regional high-quality development.
