摘 要:同侪教学观察是一种对卓越教学至关重要的职业责任。文章在探讨高等教育中与同侪教学观察有关文献的基础上,研究设计了一个基于沟通、理解、合作、反思的教学观察框架。该框架旨在指导同侪教学观察项目的有效进行,帮助评价部门和教师发现、解决教学中的具体问题,改善教学方法和提升课程教学水平,促进教师的专业发展。通过这一框架,教师能够相互支持和学习,激发专业对话,分享良好实践,形成一个持续改进的循环,从而推动高校教学质量的整体提升。该框架不仅关注教学改进的具体措施,还强调教师间合作与反馈的重要性,最终实现高校教育的高质量发展目标。Peer teaching observation is a crucial professional responsibility for excellent teaching.Based on the exploration of literature related to peer teaching observation in higher education,this study designs a teaching observation framework based on communication,understanding,cooperation,and reflection.This framework aims to guide the effective implementation of peer teaching observation projects,help evaluation departments and teachers identify and solve specific problems in teaching,improve teaching methods and curriculum teaching levels,and promote teachers’professional development.Through this framework,teachers can support and learn from each other,stimulate professional dialogue,share good practices,form a continuous improvement cycle,and thus promote the overall improvement of teaching quality in universities.This framework not only focuses on specific measures for teaching improvement,but also emphasizes the importance of cooperation and feedback among teachers,ultimately achieving the goal of high-quality development of higher education.
