摘　　要：来华留学事业是高校教育事业的重要组成部分,思政教育是推动留学生的教学和管理的重要引擎,是留学生健康发展的首要保障。在“一带一路”加速人类命运共同体构建的背景下,部分高校存在对思政教育重视度低,来华留学生社会意识形态、民族文化背景和教育学习经历迥异,以及教学形式固化守旧、评价模式单一等现实问题,这使得高校来华留学生思政教育工作的开展面临空前挑战。文章以中国精神为根本底色,探索对来华留学生进行思政教育的创新策略,助力来华留学生教学管理工作提质增效,不断提升育人质量。Studying abroad in China is an important component of higher education sector,ideological and political education is an important engine for promoting the teaching and management of international students,is the primary guarantee for their healthy development.In the context of the"the Belt and Road"initiative to accelerate the construction of a community of shared future for mankind,there are some realistic problems,such as low emphasis on ideological and political education in some colleges and universities,different social ideologies,ethnic cultural backgrounds and educational learning experiences of foreign students in China,as well as rigid and conservative teaching forms and single evaluation model,which make the development of ideological and political education for foreign students in colleges and universities face unprecedented challenges.The article takes the Chinese spirit as the fundamental background,explores innovative strategies for ideological and political education for international students in China,helps improve the quality and efficiency of teaching management for international students in China,and continuously enhances the quality of education.
