摘  要:大学生的身心健康和全面发展是党中央关注、人民群众关心、社会关注的重要议题。在经济社会迅速发展的背景下,学生的成长环境经历了变迁,同时学生的心理发展也表现出新的特点。培育大学生积极心理品质不仅是高校达成思政育人目标的重要途径,也是提升大学生心理健康水平的根本保障。医学院校更要重视培育医学生的积极心理品质,提高医学生的心理健康水平,促进医学生全面发展。文章选取医学类本科院校作为研究案例,通过相关调研了解当前医学生积极心理品质培育存在的问题,探索通过五育并举实施医学生心理健康教育的有效策略,以培育医学生积极心理品质,促进医学生全面发展。The physical and mental health and comprehensive development of college students are important issues of concern to the Party Central Committee,the people,and society.Against the backdrop of rapid economic and social development,students'growth environment has undergone changes,while their psychological development has also shown new characteristics.Cultivating positive psychological qualities among college students is not only an important way for universities to achieve their ideological and political education goals,but also a fundamental guarantee for improving the mental health level of college students.Medical colleges should pay more attention to cultivating positive psychological qualities among medical students,improving their mental health level,and promoting their comprehensive development.The article selects medical undergraduate colleges as research cases to understand the problems in cultivating positive psychological qualities among medical students through relevant research.It explores effective strategies for implementing mental health education for medical students through a combination of five educations,in order to cultivate positive psychological qualities among medical students and promote their comprehensive development.
