摘　　要：迈入人工智能时代,学生的生活、学习等多个领域都发生了变化。而学生学习形态、社交模式的改变,对高校学生事务管理工作来说则是全新的挑战。为满足学生在人工智能时代新的成长发展需求,高校要建立相应的学生管理体系,改革教学内容、教学形式,积极提高学生的人文素养和创新创造能力。文章在分析人工智能赋能高校学生事务管理必要性、意义的基础上,重点探究人工智能背景下高校学生事务管理工作的具体措施,以此提高高校学生事务管理工作效率,为社会培养更多优秀人才。Entering the era of artificial intelligence,students'lives,learning,and other fields have undergone changes.The changes in students'learning styles and social patterns pose a new challenge for the management of student affairs in universities.In order to meet the new growth and development needs of students in the era of artificial intelligence,universities should establish corresponding student management systems,reform teaching content and forms,and actively improve students'humanistic literacy and innovative creativity.On the basis of analyzing the necessity and significance of empowering college student affairs management with artificial intelligence,this article focuses on exploring specific measures for college student affairs management under the background of artificial intelligence,in order to improve the efficiency of college student affairs management and cultivate more outstanding talents for society.
