基于OBE教育理念大学生中国式摔跤必修课程的优化设计研究--以上海体育大学为例

摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、历史分析法、专家调研法等研究方法,以上海体育大学为例,基于OBE教育理念对大学生中国式摔跤必修课程的优化设计进行研究。研究表明:在当代体育教育的发展中,存在目标设置不明确;课程内容与社会需求契合度不高;课程实施方法过于单一等问题。通过对问题的分析,得出应明确教学目标;丰富教学课程内容;课程实施的多元化,推动民族传统体育教育的发展。Using literature,historical analysis,expert research and other research methods,taking Shanghai Sport University as an example,based on the OBE concept,this paper studies the optimization strategy of Wrestling compulsory course for college students.The main conclusions are as follows:In the development of contemporary physical education,the goal of the compulsory course of Wrestling is not clear;The compatibility between course content and social needs is not high:the implementation methods of the course are too single,and other issues.Through the analysis of the problems,it is concluded that the teaching setup of the compulsory course of Wrestling should be clear about the teaching objectives;Enrich the content of teaching courses;Utilize diverse methods in the implementation process of the curriculum to promote the better development of traditional ethnic physical education.
