摘　　要：为贯彻落实《中华人民共和国家庭教育促进法》,充分发挥中职学校在家庭教育中的重要作用,提高班主任的家庭教育指导力;青岛旅游学校坚持问题导向和目标导向相统一,通过发现问题、建章立制、科研引领、增强师资、课程体系建设等措施,提升班主任对家庭教育指导工作的重视程度,夯实班主任家庭教育指导的知识储备,增强班主任家庭教育指导方式的科学性,健全班主任家庭教育指导体系,不断提升班主任的家庭教育指导力;从而促进了班主任与家长关系的发展,推进了学校教育的高质量发展,为学生成长成才提供了更好的环境和支持。In order to implement the Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China,to give full play to the important role of secondary vocational schools in family education,and to improve the family education guidance of secondary vocational teachers,Qingdao Tourism School adheres to the unity of problem-oriented and goal-oriented,and through measures such as finding problems,establishing rules and regulations,leading by scientific research,strengthening teachers,and constructing curriculum system,to raise the class teacher’s attention to family education guidance,strengthen the knowledge reserve of family education guidance,and enhance the scientific method of family education guidance of class teacher.Improve the class teacher’s family education guidance system,and constantly improve the class teacher’s family education guidance ability;thus,it promotes the development of the relationship between class teachers and parents,promotes the high-quality development of school education,and provides a better environment and support for the growth of students.
