摘  要:近几年,我国提出新工科建设,要求提高学生的伦理和道德水平,而工程伦理教育能为新工科人才培养做出贡献。为满足新工科培养要求,提高土木工程专业学生未来担任工程师的职业道德,粤东某高校首次开设“工程伦理”课程。为评估“工程伦理”课程效果,调整、优化教学内容和形式,以知信行理论模式(KAP理论)为框架,采用自研问卷对该校2019级土木工程研究生上课前、上课后的认知、态度和行为倾向进行调查和对比分析。结果显示,超过九成的学生在本科阶段未接受过系统的工程伦理教育,相关认知处于较低水平;经32学时的“工程伦理”课程授课后,研究生的工程伦理认知水平得到明显提升。In recent years,China has proposed the construction of new engineering disciplines,requiring the improvement of students’ethical and moral standard.Engineering ethics education can contribute to the cultivation of new engineering talents.In order to meet the requirements of new engineering education to improve the professional ethics of civil engineering students as engineers in the future,a university in eastern Guangdong province has opened an“engineering ethics”course for the first time.The teaching contents and forms were adjusted and optimized to evaluate the effect of“engineering ethics”course.This study was carried out with the Knowledge,Attitude and Practice model(termed as KAP theory)as the framework.A self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate and compare the knowledge,attitude,and practice tendency of Grade 2019 Civil Engineering graduate students before and after course.The investigation results showed that more than 90%graduate students have not received systematic engineering ethics education at the undergraduate stage,and their knowledge about engineering ethics was at a low level.The graduate students’engineering ethics cognition was significantly improved after 32 class hours of“engineering ethics”course.
