摘  要:教育的本质是育人,核心目的是向社会输送人才,最终目标是推动社会的进步与发展。本文探究的就是发展职业教育促进乡村人才振兴的实践,旨在从职业教育的角度出发寻找振兴乡村的有效路径。在我国的教育体系中,职业教育本就是指向实用型人才、技能型人才培养的教育,与普通教育最大的差异就是在知识教育以外还有职业技能教育,学生在进入职业院校前先要确定自己的专业方向,职业院校的课程安排通常都会参考学生的专业选择和职业规划,学生也可以通过针对性更强的专业学习来掌握多种行业技能。在发展职业教育促进乡村人才振兴的主题下,文中就从现状、关系、困境和案例分析四个角度出发,探究发展职业教育促进乡村人才振兴的策略。The essence of education is to educate people,with the core purpose of delivering talents to society and the ultimate goal of promoting social progress and development.This article explores the practice of developing vocational education to promote the revitalization of rural talents,aiming to find effective paths for revitalizing rural areas from the perspective of vocational education.In China’s education system,vocational education is originally aimed at cultivating practical and skilled talents.The biggest difference from general education is that there is vocational skills education in addition to knowledge education.Students need to determine their professional direction before entering vocational colleges.The curriculum arrangement of vocational colleges usually refers to their professional choices and career plans.Students can also master various industry skills through more targeted professional learning.Under the theme of promoting rural talent revitalization through the development of vocational education,this article explores strategies for promoting rural talent revitalization through the development of vocational education from four perspectives of current situation,relationships,difficulties,and case analysis.
