摘 要:目的比较分析某三甲医院不同学制医学博士生毕业后的科研现状,以此为依据探索长学制医学生的科研能力培养。方法采用回顾分析方法对2018年至2022年毕业的长学制医学博士生和非长学制医学博士生毕业后的基本情况和科研能力进行统计分析。针对存在的问题,提出完善长学制医学生科研能力培养的思路与方法。结果长学制医学博士生虽然有很多突出的优势,但是在科研方面,非长学制医学博士生的科研产出优于长学制医学博士。结论从教学方式、导师作用、激励机制等方面进行改进,激发学生的科技创新潜能,提高长学制医学生的科研竞争力。Objective To compare and analyze the research status of medical doctoral students with different training years in a tertiary hospital,and to explore the cultivation of long-term medical doctoral students'scientific research ability.Methods By retrospective analysis,the basic situation and scientific research ability of long-term medical doctoral students and nonlong-term medical doctoral students who graduated from 2018 to 2022 were analyzed.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some ideas and methods to improve the training of long-term medical doctoral students'scientific research ability.Results Although there are many outstanding advantages of long-term medical doctoral students,the scientific research performance of non-long-term medical doctoral students was superior to that of long-term medical doctoral students in terms of scientific research.Conclusion Improvements in teaching methods,mentoring roles,and incentives have been made to stimulate students'scientific and technological innovation potential and enhance the research competitiveness of long-term medical students.
