摘　　要：近日,全国教育大会在北京召开。习近平总书记在大会上强调,建成教育强国是近代以来中华民族梦寐以求的美好愿望,是实现以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的先导任务、坚实基础、战略支撑,必须朝着既定目标扎实迈进。以科技发展、国家战略需求为牵引,着眼提高创新能力,优化高等教育布局,完善高校学科设置调整机制和人才培养模式。为深入学习领会习近平总书记重要讲话精神,本刊特组织“学习贯彻全国教育大会精神暨教育强国建设”笔谈,邀约有关教育行政部门领导、高校领导、专家学者撰文,助力深度研究阐释习近平总书记重要讲话精神,推动人才培养与经济社会发展需求相适配。Recently,the National Education Conference was held in Beijing.General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the conference that building a strong educational nation is a cherished aspiration of the Chinese nation since modern times.It is a pioneering task,solid foundation,and strategic support for achieving the comprehensive advancement of national power construction and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through Chinese modernization.We must make solid progress towards the established goals.Guided by technological development and national strategic needs,we should focus on enhancing innovation capabilities,optimizing the layout of higher education,and improving the adjustment mechanism of discipline settings and talent cultivation models in universities.To thoroughly study and comprehend the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,our journal has specially organized a pen-to-pen discussion on"Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the National Education Conference and Building a Strong Educational Nation".We have invited leaders from relevant educational administrative departments,university leaders,experts,and scholars to contribute articles,aiming to facilitate in-depth research and interpretation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech,and promote the alignment of talent cultivation with the needs of economic and social development.
