摘  要:目的:探讨在颌面外科护理带教中应用Debriefing-GAS结合案例式情景模拟教学的效果。方法:选取62名颌面外科轮转护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组31名。对照组采用常规教学,试验组采用Debriefing-GAS结合案例式情景模拟教学。结果:试验组出科成绩、临床思维能力和临床实践能力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在颌面外科护理带教中应用Debriefing-GAS结合案例式情景模拟教学,有助于提升轮转护士的理论知识和操作技能水平,改善临床思维,并增强临床实践能力。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching in maxillofacial surgery nursing education.Methods:A total of 62 rotating nurses in maxillofacial surgery were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and a trial group,with 31 participants in each group.The control group received conventional teaching,while the trial group was taught using Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching.Results:The trial group achieved significantly higher scores in final examinations,clinical thinking ability,and clinical practice skills compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Debriefing-GAS combined with case-based simulation teaching in maxillofacial surgery nursing education effectively improves theoretical knowledge,operational skills,clinical thinking,and practical abilities of rotating nurses.
