摘  要:目的:探讨以OBE理念为导向的递进混合式案例教学法对临床医学生岗位胜任力的影响。方法:以我校2016级五年制临床医学专业258名学生为研究对象。试验组123人,采用以OBE理念为导向的递进混合式案例教学法,借助“雨课堂”智慧教学工具,实施“课前—课堂—课后”的导学—导练—导引—导思的完整混合式学习链。对照组135人,采用传统讲授式教学法。结果:定性研究结果表明,试验组在临床技能与医疗服务能力、信息收集与处理能力、医学知识与终身学习能力、人际沟通能力、团队合作能力和疾病预防与健康促进能力方面的认可率均显著高于对照组,显示出以OBE理念为导向的递进混合式案例教学法对这些岗位胜任力核心要素的积极影响。然而,在科研能力和医生职业素养方面,试验组与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。定量研究结果表明,试验组理论成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以OBE理念为导向的递进混合式案例教学法能够激发学生的学习主动性,持续提升医学生的临床岗位胜任力。Objective:To explore the impact of progressive blended case-based teaching guided by the OBE(Outcome-Based Education)philosophy on clinical medical students'job competency.Methods:258 fifth-year clinical medical students from our school were selected,with 123 students in the experimental group using OBE-guided progressive blended case-based teaching,supported by the“Rain Classroom”smart teaching tool,implementing a complete blended learning chain of pre-class,in-class,and post-class phases.The control group of 135 students received traditional lecture-based teaching.Results:Qualitative results indicated that the experimental group received significantly higher recognition in clinical skills,medical service abilities,information collection and processing,medical knowledge and lifelong learning,interpersonal communication,teamwork,and disease prevention and health promotion compared to the control group.However,no significant difference was found between the groups in research ability and professional ethics(P>0.05).Quantitative results showed that the experimental group had significantly higher theoretical scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:OBE-guided progressive blended case-based teaching effectively enhances students'learning initiative,continuously enhancing medical students'clinical job competency.
