摘 要:经过30多年的发展建设,我国高等特殊教育取得了举世瞩目的成就,视障音乐专业人才培养体系亦逐渐完善,但视障音乐专业大学生仍面临巨大挑战。通过调研视障音乐专业毕业生就业现状发现,存在培养质量与专业素养不高、资源支持不足、就业岗位口径较窄、社会认可度不高、法律法规不完善等问题。为此,从社会、政府、学校、家庭、视障学生自身等维度提出相应对策,旨在提高视障音乐专业学生就业质量,提升视障学生幸福感、获得感,实现特殊教育的高质量发展。After more than 30 years of development and construction,China s higher special education has made remarkable achievements,and the training system for visually impaired music professionals has gradually been improved,but visually impaired music majors still face great challenges.By investigating the employment status of visually impaired graduates majoring in music,this paper finds that there are some problems such as the low training quality and professional quality,insufficient resource support,narrow job scope,low social recognition and imperfected laws and regulations.The corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the dimensions of society,government,school,family and visually impaired students themselves,aiming to improve the employment quality of visually impaired music majors,enhance the senses of happiness and acquisition of them,and realize the high-quality development of special education.
