心理健康教育在高职院校体育教学中的实施探讨

摘　　要：在现代化社会发展环境下,强大的身心素质是人才培养的基本要求之一。强健体魄和强大心理素质之间存在相辅相成的关系,只有保持健康的心理状态,才能够进一步强化自身体魄。如今,高职院校学生面临的学习和未来就业生活压力较大,将身体锻炼和心理健康教育结合在一起,能够推动学生身心健康发展。因此,高职体育教师要重视心理健康教育的渗透,有针对性地开展体育教学活动,推动高职学生身心健康全面发展。该文将分析心理健康教育在高职体育教学中的重要性,结合高职学生心理健康发展面临的主要影响因素,提出合理有效的教学策略。In the modern social development environment,strong physical and mental qualities are one of the basic requirements for talent cultivation.There is a complementary relationship between strong physical fitness and strong psychological quality,and only by maintaining a healthy psychological state can one further strengthen their physical and mental abilities.Nowadays,vocational college students face significant academic and future employment pressures.Only by combining physical exercise with mental health education can we promote students'physical and mental health development.Therefore,vocational college Physical Education(PE)teachers should attach importance to the infiltration of mental health education,carry out targeted PE teaching activities,and promote the comprehensive development of physical and mental health of vocational college students.This article will analyze the importance of mental health education in vocational PE teaching,and propose reasonable and effective teaching strategies based on the main influencing factors faced by vocational students'mental health development.
