摘  要:为优化中高职一体化人才培养的衔接过程,实现为地方优势产业集群升级提供新动能这一目标,浙江同济科技职业学院建筑工程技术(智能建造)专业群构建了“校-校-协-企”多元协作机制,通过成立区域产业学院,开展区域中高职一体化育人,并探索实践评价反馈,从而满足区域建筑行、企业用人需求,助力地方经济社会发展,为区域一体化人才培养改革提供样板。In order to optimize the connection process of integrated talents training in middle and higher vocational colleges and realize the goal of providing new momentum for the upgrading of local advantageous industrial clusters,the professional group of Architectural Engineering Technology(Intelligent construction)in Zhejiang Tongji Vocational College of Science and Technology has established a“school-school-coenterprise-enterprise”multiple cooperation mechanism.Through the establishment of regional industrial colleges,regional integrated education in middle and higher vocational colleges has been carried out,and practical evaluation and feedback have been explored.In order to meet the needs of regional construction companies and enterprises,help local economic and social development,and provide a model for the reform of regional integrated talent training.
