摘　　要：采用机理建模和实验建模的方法建立水箱液位系统的数学模型;针对被控对象的特性,选择合适的量化因子、比例因子、采样时间、隶属度函数以及制定模糊控制规则,设计模糊控制器。本文设计“在线推理”方式的简单模糊控制器,用模糊控制器对PID的3个参数进行在线调整的PID参数自整定模糊控制器,引入模糊规则可调因子的自调整模糊控制器;最后,使用Matlab仿真软件对由上述3种控制器组成的水箱液位系统分别进行仿真,分析了模糊控制器的动态性能,并对比自调整模糊控制器和PID参数自整定模糊控制器与常规PID控制器的性能。仿真结果表明,自调整模糊控制器和PID参数自整定模糊控制器在动态性能、抗干扰性以及鲁棒性方面都比较好。The mathematical model of the two-tanks plant was established with the method of mechanism modeling and experimental modeling.Secondly,a suitable fuzzy rule was designed according to the characteristics of controlled object,and the corresponding quantization factors,scale factor,sampling time,the membership function were selected.This article designs the simple fuzzy controller which is the way of"reasoning"online;PID parameters self-tuning fuzzy controller which it’s three parameters:was adjusted on-line by fuzzy controller;self-tuning fuzzy controller which contains the fuzzy rule of adjustable factors.thirdly,the Matlab simulation research was done respectively on water tank liquid level system composed of these three fuzzy controller.The dynamic performance of simple fuzzy controller is analyzed,and it’performance is compared with the selftuning fuzzy controller,also we compare the performance between the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller and the conventional PID controller.The simulation results show that self-tuning fuzzy controller and PID parameter self-tuning fuzzy controller had a better performance in transient response,anti-interference and robustness.
