摘 要:伴随地方经济发展和我国产业结构的重大调整,校企共建产业学院项目作为国内高职院校继续深化产教融合、校企合作的一项重要创新举措,对进一步培养适应高质量服务行业岗位要求的技能型人才具有重要的推动作用。产业学院作为一种新型的人才培养模式,面临着新的挑战和机遇。产业学院人才培养要与企业紧密联系,探索“专业+产业”有机融合,促进“就业育人”的新模式,从而更好地实现教育资源和企业资源有效整合,解决院校人才培养与社会需求错位的问题。With the development of local economy and the great adjustment of industrial structure in our country,the project of co-constructing industrial college by the school and enterprise is an important innovative measure to deepen the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between the school and enterprise,and it will play a more important role in promoting the training of skilled talents to meet the requirements of high-quality service industry posts.As a new talent training mode,industry college is facing new challenges and opportunities.The talent training of industrial colleges should be closely linked with enterprises,and explore a new model of organic integration of“profession+industry”to promote“employment education”,so as to better realize the effective integration of educational resources and enterprise resources,and solve the problem of dislocation between talent training and social needs in colleges.
