基于主成分分析的高等职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合协调研究

摘　　要：以我国高等职业教育和乡村振兴为研究对象,构建两系统的综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析对2013—2022年我国高等职业教育与乡村振兴进行综合评价,并运用耦合协调模型对两系统的耦合协调度进行测算。结果表明:(1)2013—2022年,我国高等职业教育发展水平和乡村振兴发展水平均呈增长趋势;(2)2013—2022年,我国高等职业教育与乡村振兴的耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,从2013年的-1.318上升到2018年的-0.815,2019年迅速提升为1.326,之后一直稳定在1.2以上;(3)2018年之后,我国高等职业教育和乡村振兴发展高水平协调推进。根据耦合协调度,从搭建完善的职业教育体系、加强职业教育和乡村振兴的供需协调、加强产教融合与校企合作等方面提出职业教育更好推进乡村振兴协调发展的对策建议。Taking higher vocational education and rural revitalization in China as the research object,a comprehensive evaluation index system for higher vocational education and rural revitalization system was constructed.The principal component analysis is used to comprehensively evaluate the higher vocational education and rural revitalization in China from 2013 to 2022,and the coupling coordination degree of the two systems is measured by the coupling coordination model.The results indicate that from 2013 to 2022,the development level of higher vocational education and rural revitalization in China showed a significant growth trend;(2)The overall coordination degree of the coupling between higher vocational education and rural revitalization development in China is on the rise,rapidly increasing from-1.318 in 2013 to-0.815 in 2018,reaching 1.326 in 2019,and has remained stable above 1.2 since then;(3)After 2018,China’s higher vocational education and rural revitalization development have achieved high-level coordination.Based on the coupling coordination degree,propose countermeasures and suggestions for better promoting the coordinated development of rural revitalization in vocational education from the aspects of building a sound vocational education system,strengthening the supply and demand coordination between vocational education and rural revitalization,strengthening the integration of industry and education,and school-enterprise cooperation.
