摘 要:为了增加浮环轴承润滑油的流通性,常在浮环上开设周向槽或轴向槽,然而油槽的存在使得油膜边界复杂化。针对短轴承模型难以处理复杂边界条件以及数值方法计算效率极低的问题,引入和发展了2种油膜力模型——数据库法和分离变量法,以处理浮环轴承复杂边界和计算效率问题。针对轴向槽轴瓦,基于数据库方法建立具有三维结构的非线性油膜力和摩擦力数据库;而针对周向槽轴瓦,基于分离变量法推导出非线性油膜力解析表达式。通过与有限差分法对比,验证了所发展的油膜力模型具有较高的计算精度和计算效率。The floating ring bearing(FRB)casing usually contains a deep circumferential oil-groove or several axial grooves for the increase of flow rate.However,the existence of the oil grooves complicates the boundary of the oil film.Because the short bearing model is difficult to handle complex boundary conditions and the calculation efficiency of the numerical method is extremely low,two oil film force models,the fluid force database method(FFDM)and the separation of variable method(SVM),were introduced and developed to deal with complex boundary problems of the FRB.Considering the complex boundary introduced by the axial groove,the database of oil-film force and shearing force with three-dimensional structure was established based on FFDM.Considering the complex boundary introduced by the circumferential groove,the analytical expression of the oil-film force was derived based on SVM.The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed methods for FRBs was validated through comparing the numerical results using finite difference method under same conditions.
