教育信息化背景下基础医学教学中问题导向思维培养的实践与思考

摘　　要：随着《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—2020年)》的落实,我国高等教育已经全面进入信息化时代,基础医学教学领域也面临着新的机遇和挑战。基础医学教学中,问题导向思维模式培养是顺应教育信息化发展、培养具有思辨和实践能力的应用型医学人才的重要教育策略。本文探讨教育信息化时代问题导向思维的培养在基础医学教学中的必要性、培养策略与实践方式,并分享基础医学授课教师在开展问题导向思维培养教学中的体会。文章指出,医学教育工作者应积极探索和应用符合我国学情的问题导向教学方法,培养学生的批判性思维和解决问题的能力,提高学生的学习动机和参与度,鼓励团队合作与交流,并通过适当的教育信息技术和教学工具支持来促进教学科研能力的提升。With the advent of educational informatization,basic medical education also faces new opportunities and challenges.Thus the cultivation of problem-based thinking is an important educational strategy that conforms to the development of educational informatization and aims to train applied medical talents with critical thinking and practical abilities.This article aims to explore the importance of cultivating problem-based thinking in basic medical education in the context of educational informatization and put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions for practice.Educators should actively explore and apply problem-based teaching strategies to cultivate students with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities,enhance their learning motivation and engagement,develop their collaboration and communication skills,and promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness through appropriate educational information technology and tools.
