摘 要:目的:建立气相色谱法检测橄榄油中10种反式脂肪酸的方法并进行方法学验证。方法:样品经甲酯化后,以Supelco SP-2560毛细管柱为分析柱,经程序升温和氢火焰离子化检测器进行检测。结果:橄榄油中10种反式脂肪酸能实现良好分离,未见其他成分干扰,方法的检测限和定量限、精密度和回收率、耐用性、专属性均良好。结论:该方法准确可靠、简单易行,可用于橄榄油中反式脂肪酸含量检测。Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of 10 trans-fatty acids in olive oil and to verify the method.Method:After methylation,the Supelco SP-2560 capillary column was used as the analysis column,and the samples were detected by temperature program and hydrogen flame ionization detector.Result:The 10 kinds of trans fatty acids in olive oil could be separated well without interference from other components.The detection limit and quantitation limit,precision and recovery rate,durability and specificity of the method were all good.Conclusion:The method is accurate,reliable,simple and suitable for the determination of trans fatty acids in olive oil.
