摘  要:本文通过分析云计算技术的核心优势与食品生产加工智能化的迫切需求,揭示智能化转型对于提升食品行业竞争力、优化资源配置、加强质量控制与食品安全,以及促进创新发展的重要意义。同时,剖析了食品生产加工智能化转型过程中面临的技术融合与集成难度、人才与技能缺口以及资金投入与回报预期等挑战,并在此基础上提出技术路径规划、业务流程重组与优化以及人才培养与团队建设等对策,旨在为食品生产加工企业的智能化转型提供切实可行的策略指导。This paper analyzes the core advantages of cloud computing technology and the urgent need for intelligent food production and processing,and reveals the importance of intelligent transformation to enhance the competitiveness of the food industry,optimize resource allocation,strengthen quality control and food safety,and promote innovation and development.At the same time,this paper analyzes the challenges faced in the process of intelligent transformation of food production and processing,such as the difficulty of technology integration and integration,the gap of talents and skills,and the expectation of capital investment and returns,and puts forward countermeasures such as technical path planning,business process reorganization and optimization,talent training and team building,etc.,aiming to provide practical strategic guidance for the intelligent transformation of food production and processing enterprises.
