摘　　要：本文报道了3例难治性精神分裂症患者在接受了持续8周、共16次的团体元认知训练(MCT)后,其精神病性症状、认知功能和自知力都有不同程度的改善。通过对3例病例进行报道,探索团体MCT在难治性精神分裂症患者中的应用,以期为难治性精神分裂症患者症状的改善提供治疗参考。This article presents three detailed case reports of refractory schizophrenia with varying degrees of improvement in psychiatric symptoms,cognitive function,and insight after 16 sessions of group metacognitive training(MCT)across an 8-week period,and aims to explore the curative effect of group MCT in patients with refractory schizophrenia,thus to provide references for improving symptoms in refractory schizophrenia.
